Baby Wipes
1/2 Bounty Big Roll
2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Baby Wash
3 Tbsp Baby Oil
1. Cut the roll in half and place in water mixture with the cut side down.
2. Turn container upside down for at least 1 hour or until mixture has Seeped through entire roll.
